What Our DSPs Do
As a DSP, you’ll:

Support individuals with daily living activities, from personal care to household tasks.

Encourage independence by teaching new skills and celebrating progress.

Assist with transportation, job coaching, and community activities.

Provide companionship, patience, and kindness to every individual you serve.

Document care and communicate with families to ensure quality support.
Who We’re Looking For

Compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for helping others.

Experience in caregiving, education, or healthcare is welcome — but not required.
